- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate recording of case information.
- Assist with service hall bookings and related administrative tasks.
- Assign and disseminate cases and inquiries from calls to frontline staff and internal stakeholders.
- Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions within set timelines and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processes, and documentation, updating case files as required.
- Provide administrative support to frontline staff.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and Operations teams.
- Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Manage repatriation cases, corresponding with families, corporates, and stakeholders to ensure safe and smooth processes.
- Assist with documentation and administrative support for all repatriation cases.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via email, web, and phone.
