Job Description:

Love being around Gold & Silver all day Curious about how the bullion industry works This is a hands-on entry point into a unique and highly respected field, offering direct mentorship from precious metals experts.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Guide and assist customers in our bullion shop
• Test the authenticity of precious metals
• Assist in driving, developing and improving BullionStar's customer care program
• Develop and assist in marketing efforts
• Provide support for BullionStar's affiliate program

Requirements:

• Meticulous: You handle high-value assets carefully and take pride in accuracy
• Versatile: Comfortable juggling in-store client work, hands-on operational tasks, and admin duties
• Great Communicator: Fluent in English (written & spoken). Other languages/dialects are a big plus

Starting from SGD 2,700 to SGD 4,000/month, depending on experience - plus:

• Up to 3 months bonus

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Our newly expanded showroom & vault at 45 New Bridge Road (across from Clarke Quay MRT)
• Hours: 5-day work week (inclusive of Saturdays)
