We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Executive to support our clients and internal teams in Singapore.
Fresh graduates and candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAp
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain customer records and support logs
- Support onboarding and basic user training when required
- Prepare simple reports and documentation
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
- Good communication skills in English, speaking Mandarin is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
