DAIKIN ASIA SERVICING PTE LTD was incorporated in Singapore since 1997 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of our holding company Daikin Industries Ltd, under After Sales Service Division. Its main activity is to distribute spare parts of air-conditioning and reefer container in Asia Oceania region and Daikin Spare Parts Centres.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform sales order management for customers.
- Perform allocation of stocks and arrange delivery for customers orders.
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
- Perform problem solving to value-added customers.
- Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling customers inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls.
- Able to take initiative and hardworking.
- Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
- Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
- Team player and also able to work independently.
- Able to start work within short notice is an advantage but not a must.
