Job Description

  • Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
  • Understand the applicant's requirements and provide appropriate information/advice.
  • Documentation- scrutiny/checking and submission.
  • Data quality of application information submission.
  • Biometrics - fingerprint scanning
  • Segregation of applications as per services
  • Collection, handlover and deposit of cash for the day.
  • Delivery of application to the mission on the same day.
  • Selling value-added services required.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills required ( English )
  • Working experience in customer services ( 1 year , fresher also can apply )
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Should be available to join immediately.
  • Should be sincere and responsible towards the work.
