1st Fixed Shift:
Mon to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm, SUN Rest Day

2nd Fixed Shift:
Mon to Friday 10 am to 7 pm.
Sat Rest Day,
Sunday 3 pm to 7 pm (Work From Home for Sun)

Job Description:
- Reports to the Customer Service Manager
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing and coordinating customers orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Communicating and coordinating with various internal staff and stakeholders as necessary pertaining to customers orders, enquiries etc
- Good understanding and knowledge of company's products
- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
- Update of product item code in the company's system and expiry date management of products
- Compile and generate various monthly reports for the sales team
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with 2 years of related experience and/or with food & beverage exposure
- Positive attitude and customer service minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive in solving problems
- Passionate, highly driven, independent, able to work under pressure and as well as multi-tasking
