Customer Service Executive (Beauty & Wellness)

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable services when required.
Manage customer registrations and data entry and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate appointment schedules and support the daily operations of the centre.
Process payments and perform basic administrative duties.
Ensure the reception, treatment rooms, and common areas are clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, retail, reception, or front desk roles is an advantage.
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and comfortable performing administrative tasks.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
