Job Description

. Provide first level of support and customer service (key customers)
. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
. Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
. Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer

. Resolve all customer complaints in an expedient manner. He/she will need to act as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.

. It is important to process sales orders or changes by effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.

. Work closely with Inside Sales
