Job Requirements:
- Lead and supervise a team of Service Advisor, Customer Service Assistant and Admin Assistant in Centre B.
- Co-ordinate with Central Workshop and Parts Workshop for the organisation of effective workshop loading to meet sales volume objectives by fast turnaround of customers vehicles with quality work, fast delivery and excellent customer service.
- Manage fleet customers, ensure quality of service and high customer retention rate.
- Support key accounts / fleet customers maintenance tender submission.
- Submission of quotations and invoices for key accounts / fleet customers in accordance to set processes, where required.
- Ensure Service Advisors and Customer Service Assistant perform outbound calls to arrange service bookings, ensure timely visit and follow-up with no-show customers.
- Handle and assist customer complaints regarding service rendered.
- Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor/superior.
Job Requirement:
- 3 years automotive aftersales or frontline experience
- Experience in attending to customers complaints and service recovery.
- Experience in handling key accounts and fleet customers.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and independence at work.
- Experience in managing 5 staff or more.
