Job Scope
- Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates
- Checking on Permit declarations
- Coordinate, booking and tracking of Export shipments
- Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
- Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
- Negotiating of airline buying rates
- Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
- Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
- Checking of shipments status
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
