Job Description

• To mend the phone for incoming service call and general enquiry.
• Scheduling servicing and repair appointment for customer.
• Laise with warehouse staff to coordinate timing order fulfilment.
• General admin works.

Requirements

. ITE,Nitec, N/O level.

. Basic MSOffice skills

. Good communication skill and attention to detail.

. Some working experience in admin work and customer service will be an advantage.

. Handle confidential information with integrity.
