Key Duties & Responsibilities
- . Handle customer enquiries and service requests
- . Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements
- . Filing and following up on invoices with issues
- . Issue credit notes
- . Submit invoices through customer portals
- . Update customer pricing in the system
- . Provide general administrative and customer support
- . Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- . Good communication and interpersonal skills
- . Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- . Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MSO ice, ERP system)
