Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • . Handle customer enquiries and service requests
  • . Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements
  • . Filing and following up on invoices with issues
  • . Issue credit notes
  • . Submit invoices through customer portals
  • . Update customer pricing in the system
  • . Provide general administrative and customer support
  • . Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • . Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • . Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • . Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MSO ice, ERP system)
