Materials Coordination: Support the account team in meeting corporate targets by managing daily material requirements and ensuring 100% production uptime.
Supply Chain Continuity: Monitor part availability and logistics tracking to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring the right part is at the right place at the right time.
Inventory Optimization: Managing E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) by identifying surplus early and utilizing data-driven insights to minimize financial waste.
Order Management: Execute purchase orders in strict alignment with customer requirements, maintaining high data integrity within the ERP system.
AI-Assisted Analysis: Utilize AI-tools to automate routine reporting and identify supply risks before they impact production.
Process Innovation: Actively identify manual paper-trail tasks that can be streamlined through automation or digital workflows.

Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred.
Knowledge of MRP and RR (Kinaxis) and Oracle is preferred.
Knowledge of Materials Planning and Supply Chain is preferred.
Strong business acumen and analytical mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
