Job Purpose
Managing customer quotations & orders, addressing inquiries, overseeing shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation forafter-sales. The candidate also manages equipment shipment, parts return andrepair matters, etc.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for all customers as requested, compile parts list, process PO, raise PR.
- Keep an administrative record of all the customer sales activities and warranty related matters.
- Assist visa applications, ticket bookings, and accommodation arrangements when required for After Sales related matters.
- Communicate and respond formally to all customers inquiries through email.
- Participate in safe keeping and stock take confirmation activity of spare parts inventory.
- Facilitate shipment of spare parts and other items to ensure efficient and smoothlogistics operations.
- Coordinate parts manufacturing and modification with workshop.
- Manage and coordinate parts return & repair requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service andorder processing.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Efficient time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues, escalate complex problems appropriately.
- Experience in SAP and CRM is an added advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, to support regional and Chinabased stakeholders.
- Comfortable working from office (on-site), Monday - Friday
