Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle shipment bookings
- Coordinate space reservations and monitor booking status
- Work closely with the Import/Export Department to ensure smooth execution of all shipments
- Prepare and send pre-alert notifications to relevant stations before shipment arrival and departure
- Review incoming and outgoing shipment details daily and keep customers updated with the latest information
- Ensure customer special requests or handling instructions are properly followed
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties, demonstrating diplomacy and negotiation skills
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper workplace housekeeping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Customer Service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
