Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle shipment bookings
  • Coordinate space reservations and monitor booking status
  • Work closely with the Import/Export Department to ensure smooth execution of all shipments
  • Prepare and send pre-alert notifications to relevant stations before shipment arrival and departure
  • Review incoming and outgoing shipment details daily and keep customers updated with the latest information
  • Ensure customer special requests or handling instructions are properly followed
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties, demonstrating diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper workplace housekeeping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management or any related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
