Job Description


The Opportunity:

Client is seeking a Customer Service Executive (1 year contract) to support end to end reverse logistics operations, focusing on warranty claim management and process optimization. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient warranty fulfilment, reducing operational backlogs, and maintaining strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

You will be part of a warranty operations team within a logistics organization managing over 80,000 SKUs across multiple warehouses. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational coordination, and a willingness to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Work location: North-East
  • Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Salary: up to $5,500 + Completion Bonus

The Job:

  • Manage and process incoming warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate parts fulfilment by identifying the nearest warehouse and arranging shipment within the required lead time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Global Business Fulfilment, Order Management (RMA/Export), technicians, and shipping teams to resolve warranty cases.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders including 3PL providers and customers to ensure smooth reverse logistics operations.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce operational backlogs, and improve service efficiency.


The Talent:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
  • Experience in reverse logistics, warranty operations, order management, or supply chain planning.
  • Solid understanding of end to end reverse logistics processes and inventory coordination.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, Shine, Redwood, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking customers and external stakeholders, as a significant portion of warranty coordination, parts enquiries, and logistics discussions are conducted in Mandarin.
