Contract Duration: 1-year

Monthly Salary: Up to $2850
Work Location: Havelock Square, Singapore
Work Hours:

Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Alternate Sat : 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent frontline customer service and guide users through application procedures
  • Handle enquiries and support both walk-in and online application submissions
  • Liaise with internal teams and tech support to resolve service or system issues promptly
  • Monitor application progress, manage document delivery, and ensure timely service completion
  • Support improvements to workflows, update SOPs, and assist in inter-agency collaborations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Willingness to travel for field duties across Singapore (transport expenses reimbursed)
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and collaborate in a team environment
  • IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
  • Singapore Citizens only
