Monthly Salary: Up to $2850
Work Location: Havelock Square, Singapore
Work Hours:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Alternate Sat : 8.30 am to 1.00 pm
Job Description:
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and guide users through application procedures
- Handle enquiries and support both walk-in and online application submissions
- Liaise with internal teams and tech support to resolve service or system issues promptly
- Monitor application progress, manage document delivery, and ensure timely service completion
- Support improvements to workflows, update SOPs, and assist in inter-agency collaborations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Willingness to travel for field duties across Singapore (transport expenses reimbursed)
- Strong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and collaborate in a team environment
- IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
- Singapore Citizens only
