Customer Service Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing / Vision System)

Responsibilities

. Perform assembly, installation, setup, andcommissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical,electrical, and optical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.

. Execute machine upgrades, calibration, andcustomer buy-off testing according to technical specifications.

. Provide technical support to customers viaon-site service, remote calls, and user training.

. Prepare service reports, maintain documentation,and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics,Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.

. Minimum 2-4 years of experience supportingsemiconductor equipment, high-precision/automated machine.

. Strong knowledge of semiconductor machines,inspection systems, or vision system.

. Good understanding of machine visioncomponents including cameras, lenses, and optical systems.

. Strong troubleshooting skills with goodcommunication ability and willingness to travel for onsite support.
