Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely system updates
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide order and shipment status updates
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and documentation
- Handle shipping arrangements, including freight bookings, documentation, and customs coordination
- Work closely with logistics partners, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Monitor shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and escalate issues when required
- Support invoicing processes and ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory-related transactions
- Assist with operational tasks such as stock reconciliation and team support when needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics, or customer service operations
- Good understanding of import/export processes, customs regulations, and Incoterms
- Experience working with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) or trade documentation is an added advantage
