Customer Service Crew

You will be based in one of the Tourist Attractions sites(Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, others)

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Proactively initiating contact with guests and providing high-quality service throughout the interaction.

• Creative Direction: Guiding and advising guests on how to pose to ensure high-quality, appealing photographs.

• Product Production: Compiling and processing the final photographic products to prepare them for sale.

• Sales & Transactions: Handling cashiering duties and working actively to meet both individual and team-based sales targets.

• Site Readiness: Preparing the site for daily operations and ensuring the workspace is organized for guest flow.

Requirements

• Availability: Must be able to work during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays. 9am - 7pm

• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills with an approachable and positive attitude.

• Training: No prior photography or technical experience is explicitly required, as full training will be provided.
