Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange jobs for Field Service Technicians (FSTs) through CRM.
  • Process spare parts issuance through SAP.
  • Monitor and follow up on CRM tasks to ensure spare parts are issued in a timely manner.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  • Follow up with Customer Service Engineer on approved quotations to proceed with job arrangements.
  • Monitor the delivery of ordered spare parts to the store for customer orders.
  • Coordinate and schedule Preventive Maintenance for sales and rental customers.
  • Track recurring issues and provide feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time and resolution time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma holder
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Must be proactive and multitasking
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and SAP
  • Will to work at Loyang Way area
