Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings
Arrange and confirm space reservations, and track bookings
Work closely with the Import/Export teams to ensure smooth job execution
Prepare and send all pre-alerts to the relevant stations before shipment arrival and departure
Review daily arrival and uplift details and update customers accordingly
Ensure all special customer requests or handling requirements are properly followed
Communicate effectively and professionally with all relevant parties, using tact and negotiation skills
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper office housekeeping
Develop and strengthen positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Freight Forwarding.
