Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings

  • Arrange and confirm space reservations, and track bookings

  • Work closely with the Import/Export teams to ensure smooth job execution

  • Prepare and send all pre-alerts to the relevant stations before shipment arrival and departure

  • Review daily arrival and uplift details and update customers accordingly

  • Ensure all special customer requests or handling requirements are properly followed

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all relevant parties, using tact and negotiation skills

  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper office housekeeping

  • Develop and strengthen positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Freight Forwarding.

  • Proficient in MS office applications
