Job Summary
You will manage incoming customer calls and inquiries, prepare quotations and contracts, and coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments using CRM systems. You will prioritize tasks effectively to support smooth customer service operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and service inquiries to resolve issues and provide information
- Prepare accurate quotations and contracts to support sales and service agreements
- Coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments using CRM systems to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and organize time efficiently to meet customer and operational needs
- Use Microsoft Office tools to document and communicate customer service activities clearly
- Adapt communication style to suit different customer personalities and maintain a customer-focused approach
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience (training provided if no experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
- Strong phone communication skills with active listening
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Working Location: Paya Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
