- Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Job Summary
You will manage incoming customer calls and inquiries, prepare quotations and contracts, coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments using CRM systems, and prioritize tasks to support smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and service inquiries to resolve issues and provide information
- Prepare accurate quotations and contracts to support sales and service agreements
- Coordinate technician schedules and customer appointments using CRM systems to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs
- Use Microsoft Office tools to document and communicate customer service activities clearly
- Listen actively to customers to understand their needs and respond appropriately
- Adapt communication style to suit different customer personalities and situations
- Present information clearly and professionally to customers and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience (training provided if no experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse customer interactions
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Working Location: Paya Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2000++ plus sales commission and performance bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
