Customer Service - Call / Email Support

Job Scope:
. Answering taxpayer's general individual income tax enquiry email. You may be required to initiate a call to taxpayer when attending to such enquiries.
. Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbot.
. Any other administrative work that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:
. Candidates will be provided with general tax training in individual income tax.
. Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
. Candidates with prior customer service background preferred.
. Good written communication skills.
. Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data.
. Self-motivated individual and able to handle at least 20 cases per day.
. Preferably no long leave periods during the first month of employment (commence from mid-Jan/ Feb 2026).

Salary: $13.60/hour
Location: Newton / Novena
Mondays to Fridays office hours
