Job Description

  • Respond to enquiries and requests from emails, mail, and fax within the expected time.
  • Handle and resolve issues from policyholders, distribution representatives, and business partners about insurance.
  • Review and manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from all distribution channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Section Head.
  • Take responsibility for identifying and managing business and compliance risks.
  • Stay informed about industry rules, risks, and new technologies to protect the company.
  • Report any concerns or risks and share best risk management practices.
