Job Title: Customer Service Associate (12 Months Contract)

Location: West Region

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (CSA) to handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle approximately 25-30 customer calls per day, addressing enquiries and providing appropriate assistance.
Respond to customer questions professionally.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
Record customer interactions, update information, and maintain accurate records in the system.
Follow established procedures and service standards to ensure quality customer support.
Escalate complex enquiries or unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Comfortable handling daily calls and managing customer enquiries.
Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Candidates with customer service or call centre experience will have an added advantage.
