Logistics Customer Service Associate | 3 months to perm

Working location: West

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8:00am to 5:30pm

Job Scope

. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

. Process orders in the system and coordinate with warehouse for fulfilment

. Update customers on order status and handle issues

. Prepare and manage documents (reports, invoices, data entry)

. Coordinate billing, track discrepancies, and follow up accordingly

. Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency

. Ensure compliance with customer agreements and requirements

Requirement

. Experience in customer service or similar role, ideally within logistics or warehousing.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with SAP is an advantage.
