Customer Service Associate

About the Role:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs
• Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times
• Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
• General store operations - including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general house keeping
• Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
• Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
• Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC

Key Requirements:

• Strong passion and interest in Sports and/or lifestyle industry
• Those who have great relevant work experience may consider for a senior retail assoicate role
• Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve.
• Possess good communications skills and be sales driven.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. Shift work, Public Holidays and weekends).
