6 months Customer Service Associate
Location: Serene Centre/ United Square/ Chua Chu Kang/ Tampines Mall
Salary: $2,800 - 3,500/month
Shift Allowance (4+1): $100 shift allowance per month
Shift Allowance (3+2): $200 shift allowance per month
Working Schedule: 3+2 work week OR 4+1 work week

• Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm (8hrs excl. break)
• Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)

.Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role Identify customers needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction

.Taking ownership of customers problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs.

.Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction

.Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience
