Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and energetic individuals to join our Giordano Unisex retail team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their fashion needs and supporting the smooth daily operations of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries, sizing and fashion recommendations.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products through upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure adequate stock levels by regularly replenishing, organising and arranging inventory.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the store.
• Perform cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock handling, promotional activities and related store operations to support smooth daily retail operations.
• Assist with store display changes and visual merchandising activities to ensure the store remains attractive, organised and visually appealing.
• Work closely with the Shop-in-Charge and team members to meet store operational and sales requirements.
• Be flexible to work at different Giordano outlets when required due to operational and manpower needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / O Levels or ITE qualification.
• Retail or fashion experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, cheerful and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment and long hours of standing.
• Outgoing, presentable, and customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
