The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in our After-Sales Service department, communicating directly with clients to deliver exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in the luxury industry, with excellent soft skills and a passion for watches.

Responsibilities:

. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

. Provide accurate information about watch models, features, pricing, warranties, and services

. Assist customers with product care, maintenance, and usage guidelines

. Input and maintain detailed records into our CRM system

. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

. Coordinate with our internal teams in Switzerland for repairs and after-sales support

. General administrative duties for the department's function

. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Skills and experience:

. Professionalism and pride in providing a high level of customer service

. Excellent communication skills with patience and empathy

. Confidence to resolve customer inquiries with a problem-solving mindset

. Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask responsibilities

. Team player with a proactive approach
