Join Toll Logistics as a Customer Service Assistant! Location: [ALPS Avenue ] | Employment Type: Full-time

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting logistics operations behind the scenes Toll Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely support
  • Manage order processing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Liaise with freight forwarders for both import and export shipments
  • Process miscellaneous warehouse orders as needed
  • SAP / WMS experience

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
