Job Description

Job Description:

. Provide administrative support to the Operations Team

. Handle customer's inquiry (phone calls/emails) and delivery schedules.

. Provide quotation to the customers and resolve any potential issues with the orders

. Assist with route planning and deploy job orders to drivers via in-house system meticulously

. Ensure all job orders are completed satisfactorily and timely

. Follow up and update system on vehicles LM/LG cert expiry date, annual LTA inspection date

. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedules and requirements

. Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

. Possess at least a GCE O-level certification

. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to communicate comfortably via telephone, WhatsApp and email with customers

. Proficient in MS Office and excellent administrative and organizational skills

. Highly motivated, self-driven and able to handle work pressure

. Proactive, positive working attitude, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous, willing to take up challenges.

. Able to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment

. Fluency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)

. Good and dynamic team player

. Available to start work immediately or on short notice preferred

Location: Woodlands (Mega@Woodlands)

Work Week: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm)
