Responsibilities
- Process quotes and enter customer order.
- Retrieve shipping documents and certificates from system and email to customer.
- Retrieve and email invoices and Statement of Account from system and email to customer and other Regional Sales Manager upon requests.
- Monitor urgent orders and inform customers on status and shipping details.
- Retrieve RFQs from customer portal and response accordingly.
- Upload order confirmation and tax invoices to customer's portal.
- Roster duty to assist CSR to manage SD Customer Service and AOG mailboxes.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Customer Support Manager and Director.
