Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process quotes and enter customer order.
  • Retrieve shipping documents and certificates from system and email to customer.
  • Retrieve and email invoices and Statement of Account from system and email to customer and other Regional Sales Manager upon requests.
  • Monitor urgent orders and inform customers on status and shipping details.
  • Retrieve RFQs from customer portal and response accordingly.
  • Upload order confirmation and tax invoices to customer's portal.
  • Roster duty to assist CSR to manage SD Customer Service and AOG mailboxes.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Customer Support Manager and Director.


Work location: Seletar Aerospace Park
Openings x 2
Work hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
