Onsite IT Engineer (Senior / Assistant Team Lead)

Location: Upper Changi Road

Employment Type: 2-Year Contract

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens only

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm (5.5-day work week)

Scope of services

As a Senior IT Engineer,

1. Provide on-site services for IT-related issues, including problems with Desktops, Notebooks/MacBooks, Tablets, Printers, Plotters, MFDs, Copiers and Scanners to users

2. Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation e.g., to external 3rd party vendor for maintenance support, etc.

3. Conduct Preventive Maintenance on all laptops, workstations, and MacBooks for the University

4. Able to assist the Team Lead to coach and manage a group of Onsite Engineers

Further administrative tasks:

1. Knowledge or experience in managing company IT Asset in term of excel sheets or organization asset portal.

2. Using excel database to compile and consolidate data and put up to Presentation slides.

3. Experience in PC Tech Refresh, Asset Write-off and Disposal exercises (added advantage)

4. Presenting reports to Client, on Assets and Operation Service Levels

-Having Leadership attribute and self-motivating

-Able to handle stress to meet deadline and Service Level

-Able to communicate and respond to client during normal operation and service recovery situation

-Experience with handling VIP as an added advantage

-Competence in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
