Job Description

Lead and support the Motor Claims team to deliver exceptional customer service, streamline accident reporting processes, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate Motor Claims Advisor.
  • Provide accurate waiting times and manage customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify and fulfill customer needs in the reception area.

Accident Reporting & Claims Advisory

  • Guide customers through accident reporting and claims submission processes.
  • Advise on appropriate claim types and clarify mobility options.
  • Assist with vehicle collection when required.

Operational Support & Escalation

  • Ensure timely follow-up on accident reporting cases.
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address complex customer needs.

Performance & Initiative

  • Contribute to achieving monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
  • Propose and implement service improvement ideas.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in motor claims or insurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
