Lead and support the Motor Claims team to deliver exceptional customer service, streamline accident reporting processes, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
- Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate Motor Claims Advisor.
- Provide accurate waiting times and manage customer expectations.
- Proactively identify and fulfill customer needs in the reception area.
Accident Reporting & Claims Advisory
- Guide customers through accident reporting and claims submission processes.
- Advise on appropriate claim types and clarify mobility options.
- Assist with vehicle collection when required.
Operational Support & Escalation
- Ensure timely follow-up on accident reporting cases.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address complex customer needs.
Performance & Initiative
- Contribute to achieving monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Propose and implement service improvement ideas.
- Seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in motor claims or insurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
