Customer Service Assistant

About the Role

Hidden Castle Golf Club is looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Customer Service Assistant. You will support the Club Manager with daily operations while ensuring that members and guests receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager with daily club operations and administrative tasks
• Welcome members and guests and assist with check-in
• Handle bookings and enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, and in person
• Explain our golf games, simulator services, lessons, memberships, packages, and promotions
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Prepare simulator bays and private rooms before each booking
• Provide basic assistance with operating the golf simulators training will be provided
• Serve beverages and light food when required
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, bays, private rooms, and common areas
• Coordinate with golf coaches and team members regarding lesson schedules and customer arrangements
• Assist the manager with events, promotions, stock checks, staff coordination, and customer-service matters
• Take responsibility for club operations when the manager is temporarily unavailable
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Friendly, patient, and confident when communicating with customers
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-desk experience is preferred
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, booking systems, computers, and payment terminals
• Responsible, punctual, organised, and able to work independently
• Willing to take initiative and support the manager with operational matters
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• An interest in golf is helpful, but previous golf experience is not required
