Job Responsibilities
- Assist in front-desk and counter operations
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Respond to general enquiries from patients and visitors
- Perform data entry and update patient records accurately
- Support administrative functions within the department
- Coordinate with internal departments for follow-up actions
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
