Role Description
- Receive, log, and acknowledge all customer complaints through phone, email, or in person.
- Update complaints and assist in gathering relevant information from internal teams (Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Technical, etc.) and customers.
- Assist in communication to customers regarding the status and outcome of their complaints.
- Work collaboratively with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolution.
- Maintain an updated complaint register and generate regular reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
