Key Responsibilities:

. Respond to customer enquiries through phone and email

. Adhere to service-level standards for response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

. Process orders for frames, accessories, and replacement parts

. Provide accurate product details, including frame specifications, available lens colours/sizes, and pricing

. Check stock levels, backorders, delivery timelines, and shipment status

. Handle goods returns, perform quality checks, and process credits

Key Requirements:

. Minimum Higher NITEC

. Experience with SAP SD (OTC) is preferred

. Basic proficiency in Excel

. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

. Able to commit 6 months contract.
