Responsibilities
. Deliver responsive customer care andproduct support across walk-in, phone, email, and social media channels tomaintain a positive brand experience
. Manage customer inquiries,complaints, and sales questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction andretention
. Serve as the primary contact forrepairs and returns, coordinating with the repair team to resolve issuesefficiently
. Oversee content management andexecute order fulfillment processes for the e-commerce website to ensure timelyand accurate delivery
. Design and produce product andmarketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, videography, webpagecontent, packaging, translations, and point-of-sales materials to support brandvisibility
. Collaborate proactively with otherdepartments to align customer service, marketing, and order fulfillment effortswith company objectives
. Execute additional customer service,marketing, or order fulfillment tasks as assigned to support business needs
. Any other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or arelated field
. Minimum 1 to 3 years of customercare or marketing experience in the consumer electronic products industry
