Job Summary
Manage customer orders and enquiries, handle cargo documentation, coordinate with carriers and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with client procedures and preparing regular reports.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes to meet delivery schedules
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, timely sales quotations
- Manage customer requests efficiently to maintain smooth service operations
- Prepare and handle cargo documentation for import, export, and local trucking shipments
- Close job files monthly to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Liaise and coordinate with carriers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods
- Ensure all activities comply with client's standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to complete orders fully and on schedule
- Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and daily reports as required to track performance and operations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
