Job Description

Process customer's orders timely and accurately
Handle customer's enquiries and provide sales quotations
Efficient and smooth handling of customers request
Handling of cargo documentation (Import Container Trucking/Export Container Trucking /Local Point to Point Trucking)
Closing of job files every month
Liaise and coordinate with carriers/clients/suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with client's standard operating procedures
Coordination with drivers and operations to ensure orders are completed in full and on time
Prepare monthly/weekly/daily reports as required.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
