Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to be a key point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage inbound sales inquiries, support the sales process, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable handling B2B sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Inbound Sales Inquiries - Handle incoming leads from global customers, prepare quotations, and assist in closing deals efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Provide timely, professional responses to customer questions or concerns before and after the sale, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination - Work closely with internal teams-including operations, logistics, and procurement-to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Documentation & Data Entry - Maintain sales records, customer communications, and updates in our internal systems and digital platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Communication Skills - Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external customers. Written and verbal fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support customers across the US, China, and Taiwan.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset - Proactive and service-oriented, with strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Tech Savvy & Organised - Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), and email platforms.

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Semiconductor or B2B Experience - Prior experience in industrial or semiconductor-related businesses will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms - Experience handling listings, sales, or communication via platforms like eBay or other online marketplaces is a plus.
