This role combines business development with client relationship management, delivering service excellence while driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for facilities services (e.g., cleaning, pest control, waste management etc).
Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries, including preparing quotations and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their operational requirements and service expectations.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely issue resolution.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
Achieve departmental business development KPIs.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service (experience in facilities services or B2B environment is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Singapore market practices and service standards preferred.
