Job Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to walk-in customers and attend to enquiries promptly
- Handle feedback and resolve basic service-related issues professionally
- Guide customers on services, procedures, and general information
- Perform data entry and update customer records in internal systems
- Support administrative duties related to daily operations
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely service resolution
- Assist in maintaining a neat and welcoming service counter environment
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma and above
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
