Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order
- Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery
- Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to
- Manage and co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
- Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.
- Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, etc or any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Management or relevant field
